These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the aplado platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of aplado, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before playing.

aplado reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on aplado at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. aplado is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
aplado reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.
Upon detection of duplicate accounts, aplado may, without prior notice: (a) permanently close all associated accounts; (b) void all pending bets and bonuses; and (c) withhold any balances pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, aplado will report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aplado account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You agree to notify aplado immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any suspected breach of security. aplado will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
aplado recommends that Players use a strong, unique password for their aplado account and enable two-factor authentication where available. aplado will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
All financial transactions on aplado are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). aplado accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit card deposits may also be available subject to applicable limits.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your aplado wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. aplado does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. aplado reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the Platform.
Withdrawal conditions: Funds subject to active wagering requirements from bonuses are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met. aplado reserves the right to void withdrawals and suspend accounts where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected.
aplado does not accept or process payments involving cryptocurrency of any kind. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Players who self-exclude are prohibited from attempting to register new accounts or circumvent the exclusion in any way. Any account created in violation of a self-exclusion order will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

aplado reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for reasons other than Player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure, aplado will conduct a review of the account balance. Where no breach has been established, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are non-refundable upon account closure due to Terms violations.
Players may voluntarily close their aplado account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aplado's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their aplado account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
aplado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if aplado has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
aplado does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. aplado will use reasonable endeavors to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms limits aplado's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
All content on the aplado Platform — including but not limited to the aplado brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of aplado or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without aplado's prior written consent.
aplado collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
aplado complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to aplado's legal obligations to retain certain records under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact aplado's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. aplado will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Players who remain dissatisfied after exhausting aplado's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
aplado reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.
Your continued use of the aplado Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
